Furnished with Advanced Facilities for Feather and Down Processing
We have a workforce of 450 staff members including 50 R&D personnel and high-rank technicians. Our company occupies an area of 12,000sqm and has 20,000sqm of building area. Furthermore, we have six finished product lines and three down-feather washing, sterilization and disinfection lines. Our main equipment include dividing machines in single and five boxes, washing machines, mixing and stacking machines, packing machines and other facilities that are required for feather and down processing.
Exporting to Europe, the US and Japan
We make 1,000 tons of down feather, 4,200 tons of feather, and 1.5 million sets of down/feather finished home products each year. Our production value reaches $45 million. Our products are mostly exported Europe, the US and Japan. In addition, we launched our own local brand “Snowman” in 2008.
